Hello, and thank you for visiting our web site. You are researching lawyers because you are serious about quality and value, and you or someone close to you has a legal problem, or serious legal question. I agree that it is important to do your "homework" and hopefully this web site provides some information on my background that will help you with your decision
I first became interested in law in college, and spent time in the Rocky Mountain area during summers. I moved to Colorado immediately upon graduation from Emory University, and was licensed 1972. Since then I have been a prosecutor, corporate attorney, and since the early 1980's, in a general office and litigation practice. In 1981, I was licensed in my wife's home state of Florida, and was in a general litigation practice there until March of 1998, when we were able to return.
My office offers quick and efficient legal services at reasonable rates. I still consider myself a small town attorney, and that means being able to help clients with any number of diverse legal problems.
My offices are located near the Courthouse in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado, and I am able to help solve legal problems for people in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo and southern and eastern Colorado areas, offering quick, efficient legal services at reasonable rates.
I am concentrating on several areas outlined below: general litigation; family law and marital and children's; wills, estates and probate; and formation of entities small businesses including profit and non-profit corporations partnerships and limited liability companies (LLC).
